Nurses Cottage, Burra

location was great , nice and peaceful, clean and everything needed was there.

Nothing really.

Clean & in a great Location. Excellent communication with Staff that graciously let us check in as early as we liked & allowed us to check out as late as we liked as no one else had booked the day before or after our stay.

No TV to chill out with & Woodchip Wallpaper.

Decor was gorgeous so cosy and heating brill especially important as we had our little baby. Water pressure great for bath and shower. So nice no television so lots of games. Host in communication very quick when required. Recommend!

The location was perfect for the dark sky break we wanted.

There was nothing not to like.

Comfortable and almost everything needed in a good setting.

A fact sheet/booklet explaining the history of Nurses Cottage would have been good. Some of the windows weee cracked and drafty.

We loved the rural location, views.Had most things you need in a self catering holiday. The hosts left a welcome package of local produce for us to use which was a lovely touch. Warm,good Wi-Fi , parking outside the door. Helpful owners and neighbours

As we visited in the Autumn a tv would have been nice perhaps not so important in the summer months.

I loved the cottage. It was clean and cosy. The heating worked, and there was plenty of hot water. There was also a heating boost button if we needed to be a little warmer. All the facilities were great, the beds were comfortable and the doona was so soft and warm. It was a little off the beaten track and so quiet at night. Loved it, and I would stay again.

I could not fault this property.

Great quiet location with easy access to the Main Shetland road network and central to mainland for exploring further afield. Local beaches are fantastic. Property is great value.

Happy to provide feedback to owner on one or two minor points but not clear if this is to be made public. We would happily stay again.

The property was clean and fresh with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely modern bathroom.

The seating in the living room could have been better. Another chair or maybe a two seater to make conversation easier.
