Kalniem Pāri Guest House

We only stayed one night so unfortunately did not experience much in regards to the property, but it is beautiful even on a rainy November day! The hosts were friendly and forthcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The decor is beautiful and the breakfast was huge and delicious! We hope to return sometime in the summer for a longer stay!

Long story short, was celebrating my anniversary with girlfriend on a friday after work. Day was chaotic, another place that I had booked nearby cancelled and our dinner reservation was somewhat screwed up and we ended up leaving the restaurant way later because of it, so we arrived at the property quite late, later than anticipated and we had talked to the host about. The host was still polite despite this, let us in and showed the place around. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, comfy, they had left out coffee and tea on a tray, the balcony has an amazing view and the bathrooms/shower are really tidy and they put in the effort in all the small details that would make you feel welcome.

No complaints whatsoever. The place is quaint, good value for money and we only wish we could have experienced it longer.
