A localização é perfeita e a cama no quarto é muito confortável.

Da disposição dos cômodos. A divisão do prédio é muito disfuncional. Muitas escadas para subir e descer com o risco de queda e o banheiro dividido em dois é muito desfavorável, além do chuveiro que não mantém a temperatura até o final do banho. ​Relatório de Melhorias e Manutenção do Alojamento ​1. Manutenção Urgente e Segurança ​Reparo na escada: Consertar degraus quebrados, pois há alto risco de queda. ​Sistema de aquecimento: Verificar o boiler/aquecedor. A água quente dura apenas 5 minutos antes de esfriar. ​Torneira do banheiro inferior: O ajuste está defeituoso e a água esquenta excessivamente (risco de queimadura). ​Limpeza de ralo: O ralo do chuveiro necessita de limpeza profunda, pois exala mau cheiro. ​2. Substituições Necessárias ​Chuveiro: Trocar ou desentupir, pois o fluxo de água está irregular (saindo por poucos orifícios). ​Torneiras: Substituir as torneiras atuais por modelos monocomando ou de fácil ajuste, pois é difícil regular a temperatura nas atuais. ​3. Mobília e Conforto ​Cabides: Instalar ganchos ou cabides nos banheiros e quartos. ​4. Sugestões de Reforma (Layout) ​Cozinha: Transferir a cozinha para o andar térreo, integrando-a com a sala. ​Banheiros: Reavaliar a distribuição, centralizando os banheiros em apenas um andar. ​Lounge: Transformar o último andar em um lounge, instalando mais claraboias para iluminação natural.

Great host & communication. The house is located at the hearth of historic Porto in the real stone building that was renovated. We were fascinated by the unique and stylish interior. The host has kindly provided us with baby crib & high chair for extra €25. The kitchen has everything you need for comfortable few days stay. We were comfortable with 2 adults and one baby.

The street is too loud at night due to tourists & bars around. Hard to find balance between fresh air (window has to be open) and noise protection (you want to close the window). Try not to book on Friday as it's the worst day. Also street is pedestrian only, we had to carry our luggage and baby things about 50m uphill to the closest road.

Dusche läuft nicht richtig ab. Hohe Lautstärke, Haus zum Teil nicht gut isoliert.

Posizione molto centrale. Originalità dell'arredamento. Check-in agevole. Prezzo accettabile

La casa si sviluppa in altezza, scale per cambiare ogni stanza, dal piano terra alla cucina. Molto adatta a scalatori.

The house is at a great location and extremely clean.

It has a "lighthouse" feel, and for a tall person, it could be a bit challenging to get around, especially with the steep stairs.
