"Exceptional"

Belinda was very responsive to enquiries. As I came in earlier than expected, she upgraded my room and greeted me at the door. The room was spacious and comfortable.

I would have liked to be able to control the heating in the room.

The hostess was friendly, bags were carried by a helpful friendly person beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, had coffee/ tea facilities

More shelving would be good, no hair-dryer, maybe have some more pictures on walls// decorative.

"A very nice stay in Newquay"

Nice sea view. Very quiet and easy to find from the town centre. Ensuite shower with plenty of hot water. Tea, coffee, biscuits and water provided which was greatly appreciated. Good value for money.

"Great view and friendly staff"

The manager was lovely. Before we arrived she sent all the details we needed to get into the hotel and our room and asked if we needed parking. When we arrived she showed us to our room. There was a great view from the room. The room was spotless.

The room was quite small, but for a 2 night stay it was fine.

Belinda was pleasant & helpful. Location was very good, wonderful view from bedroom windows overlooking town & sea. Belinda saved us a parking space in very small parking area. Room/shower room appeared clean - I did not examine mattresses!

Room very small TV not working. Bad positioning of TV Lights far too bright on ceiling. No bedside light. Very small shower room. Shower cubicle needs a door not just a curtain.

"Great stay in good value accommodation"

Excellent location only ten or fifteen mins walk from the town centre. Parking was ideal outside the accommodation, or failing that there was a car park over the road. Room was spotless, fairly basic , but good value. Our host, Belinda was excellent and very helpful.

Nothing to complain about as such.

"For what we needed ( a place to crash for the night ) ahead of walking the coast path it was fine."

Good location. Host very nice and welcoming. Clean, and comfy beds. It felt like a good hostel and had a nice cooking area.

TV wasn’t fixed to the wall so was a bit useless ( not that it bothered us much though )
