The check-in and check-out process was very easy thanks to the electronic key. The apartment is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a kettle, iron, air conditioning, and more.

The bed sheets had visible yellow stains, which was unpleasant—even though they appeared to be washed and clean.

The landlord was exceptionally friendly and kind. As two girls traveling alone, she brought her child to greet us and even assisted us with our luggage, demonstrating great hospitality. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay for three nights. The facilities were comprehensive, and the surroundings were delightful. Access to the downstairs required a password, ensuring utmost security. Additionally, nearby restaurants and shops provided ample convenience. Highly recommended.

Only a small problem, if the bath tub could have a shower curtain it would be good.

The location is amazing, calm area away from the fuss yet still close to almost everything. Within walking distance from Khan Shatyr. Clean, fully equipped, and modern. There is a supermarket 1 minute walking away. Everything was amazing. Building is new. Highly recommended. There is also a fenced garden within the compound.

The only thing that was slightly not expected are that the apartments are not equipped with air conditioning.
