"Wonderful Property"

The property was very clean with wonderful views with a wrap around balcony. Kitchen had everything needed. Bathroom had wonderful shower with excellent water pressure. Nice neighborhood felt very safe. Would recommend.

Siamo arrivati qualche ora prima ma il proprietario è subito arrivato ad accoglierci, abbiamo trovato un carinissimo souvenir ed un aperitivo , la casa si presenta super pulita e super profumata. Dotata di ogni comodità e sicurezza, la posizione strategica permette di raggiungere ogni posto con estrema facilità. Spero di poter tornare presto…

Struttura pulitissima dotata di tutte le cose necessarie dalla macchinetta del caffè alla lavatrice!!! Cucina completa di tutto!!! Una bella vista sull’Etna!! C’è posto per auto!!!

Everything. Comfortable, very clean, well equipped and charmingly fitted. The small details impressed. Complimentary snacks, espresso machine, soap and shampoo dispensers, colourful bedroom lights. You walk out onto the terrace and you see Etna towering in the distance..The funicular is a straightforward 30 mins drive away. Catania city centre the same distance in the other direction. Just watch out for the traffic! Closed car parking provided. Owner was very communicative and we were able to check in after 9pm as we arrived late. Thoroughly recommend.

Apartment was quite cold at night- at the beginning of October. But bed blanket was provided.

Posso solo dire che è veramente eccezionale, parcheggio riservato ad uso esclusivo chiuso con cancello, televisioni in ogni locale, pulizia formidabile e ambienti profumati, stoviglie nuovissime, tutto il necessario x colazioni e pasti, aria condizionata ( mai usata ) tutto il locale circondato da un bel balcone . Il sig.Fabio gentilissimo ci ha aiutato ad organizzare e prenotare la nostra escursione sull'Etna . Dimenticavo ,all'arrivo aperitivo di benvenuto e due simpatici gadget. 10 con lode.
