The location was good

The landlord is a total disgrace, he constantly berated me for extra payments for things like gas and electric to which booking.com dealt with and said not to send. He would ring me on a Sunday night at 10pm demanding them and I got the deposit paid then. He said we would have the deposit back up to 30 days after our stay, guess what it’s been 3 months and no deposit. He’s a joke of a man. The house itself is very strange, we arrived and one bed was missing, the bathroom facilities are falling apart, no light in the kitchen, no oven or great deal of cooking facilities. But for what we needed it for it did a job I guess.
