The apartment was very clean. Pleasant light colors and helpful notes left by the owners. I especially liked the "Bali" design motif.

No comfortable chair, the bed was a bit short and the steel bed frame hurt my feet. No tea bags so I bought some and left them behind.

Convenient location, quiet, tidy, and well stocked. Very very comfortable. Well known building- all grab/bike drivers knew how to get there.

Everything you need is there. Cozy place

Balcony was good to have, as well as washing facilities. Kitchen appliances were good, toaster grill kettle and good sized fridge. Communication with host was great. 7/11 on site was really handy. Huge TV with Netflix which was amazing.

Would have been good to have washing liquid/ powder for washing machine. But easily be brought at the 7/11. Bed was small and had a fluffy throw blanket in place of a sheet/duvet which was a first. Air con INCREDIBLY loud, works well at getting the room cold but pretty hard to sleep in the night. Be warned swimming pool and gym are 200 pesos per person to use. This was explained in the description so no fault of the owners.

We stayed in a small but very clean apartment that felt safe and was easy to access via taxi or Grab. Check-in was smooth, and having a 7/11 right in front of the building complex was super convenient. Nice touches included fresh white towels, a ready-to-use washing machine, and a kitchenette stocked with everything needed for a quick snack and a glass of wine. We just wished there had been a proper drying rack or more options to hang clothes after washing.

A couple of minor downsides: as Europeans, we found the use of a sofa blanket as a duvet a bit unhygienic—would have appreciated a middle sheet or proper duvet cover. Also, all electronic devices were unplugged when we arrived, including the fridge, which we didn’t realize until it was too late—so our drinks weren’t cold when we wanted them. Just a heads-up: access to the pool costs an extra 200 pesos.

good location swimming pool at the ground floor clean comfortable bed amazing Wi-Fi signal/speed white bed sheets and towels… incredibly rare in Philippines feels like home :D
