The house was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the kitchen. It was a lovely family get away.

Nothing it was perfect.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable and very much ‘a home from home’ with everything you could possibly need provided. Property is nicely furnished throughout with just minimal wear and tear that you’d expect from a rental property plus it’s also got lovely well tended enclosed garden. House is in a very nice neighbourhood in a great location close to local shops and restaurants but also easy access for London bound trains. My booking was for 5 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs and the property was excellent for all of us, not cramped in anyway. I had fantastic communication from the host Kim, very clear instructions on everything, she was a lovely person to deal with. I will most definitely book to stay here again and would highly recommend especially if you need accommodation for a large family group.

Hosts very responsive and helpful - good location space and parking’

There for Christmas and so lack of matching glasses, plates etc and only 6 proper dining room chairs as booked for 9 was disappointing (although not expensive had to buy our own fizz glasses for the day) reasonable expectation for house advertised for 9 to have a table and chairs etc for the same number - borrowed 3 extra from local neighbor for the day! Otherwise house was great for our stay and hosts responsive and helpful!!

The property was smaller than it appears in pictures, especially for Americans, it also does not have a clothes dryer but does have two washing machines (which was also a surprise for Americans). I was also very surprised by the last minute request for more money for a deposit before I could receive the address and key code for the property!

The house was lovely and clean, plenty of utilitys to use to cook what you wanted.

The bedding did sound like it was in some sort of plastic wrapping, it felt weird to me and my husband. The train going by several times a day right at the end of the garden, you could feel it go past in the house.
