UH Suite The Haeundae

Incredible location on Hyundae Beach, only 10 min walk to the train and a few bus lines run nearby too. Free laundry is available at reception which we took advantage of and was a great service. Daily cleaning and top up of amenities and the reception was very responsive to questions. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

The views over the beach were incredible.

Nur die Lage war ok aber sehr laut da von irgendwo Ventilatoren am laufen waren.

Es fing damit an, dass Sie uns in ein anderes Hotel versetzt haben. Es hat mit der Adresse und dem Namen UH Suite the Hundae nichts zu tun, Sie schicken dich in ein anderes Gebäude ca. 200merer weiter entfernt wo nicht einmal eine Rezeption ist die besetzt war. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig und die Möbel veraltert und defekt. Der Sifon vom WC war defekt sowie die Wände total abgenutzt. Der Kühlschrank war fettig da wo man es öffnet. Die Fenster voll mit Flecken. Diese per Foto gemeldet hnd trotzdem nach der Reinigung nicht weggemacht. Die Bilder die man beim Booking sieht haben nichts damit zu tun und sind sehr verwirrend. Im Zimmer 405 hat es einen unangenehmen Gestank. Ausserdem läuft irgendwo ein Ventilator denn ich nicht ausfindig machen konnte.

The location was excellent.

I recently stayed at this property in Busan and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. While the location is great and very convenient, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations for the price we paid. One of the main inconveniences was that the hotel only has a single elevator, which made going up and down quite tedious. We were fortunate to be staying on the third floor near the stairs, so we ended up using those most of the time. Although the room initially looked similar to the photos, the actual condition told a different story. The window handle was broken, the walls showed signs of water damage, and there were areas that appeared to be taped or previously damaged with visible tears. The sofa also did not seem properly cleaned—it had visible hair and large stains on the side. The kitchen setup was puzzling. While there were pots, pans, utensils, and cups provided, there were no plates. When I asked the staff, I was told that plates are not provided, which seemed odd given everything else available for cooking and eating. We also had trouble with the air conditioning and were unable to get it working. Since our stay was only two nights, we didn’t pursue it further. The bathroom had several issues as well. When we arrived, it appeared that candles had been used to mask a strong odor. While showering, I noticed mold along the seams, and water would leak out into the rest of the bathroom. Additionally, the bathroom door handle was loose. Overall, this property needs more attention and maintenance. Given the price, I expected a much higher standard. While the location is a plus, I would not stay at this specific property again or recommend it to others.

Views are epic - level 15, room with terrace. Summer at front reception was helpful. Aesthetically appealing but unfortunately not practical to stay for 4 nights. No storage, no coffee or tea (ie no mugs), no laundry facilities (however you can drop your clothes to reception for washing at no cost), one lift only (long wait time) however the view and location is memorable.
