It was very nice and clean. Everything was very upscale and nice

I thought the bed was a little hard but I may be a soft bed snob so if it’s something that is mentioned by others, they are not alone.

"Okay but, the thing i didn't like soured the stay."

The room i reserved almost a month ahead of time was given to someone else who didn't arive for hours after me. And the difference was unable to be given to me for whatever reason. The reason should not matter. I was promised something and payed for it. You gave me less and kept the difference.
