Free breakfast at this hostel was amazing! They own the restaurant downstairs, and you get to choose from the breakfast menu! The hostel was very quiet and very few people staying there, but I did not mind. Good place to rest, comfy beds and large rooms! Public bus to Trujillo was just a 2-min walk away on the main street and ran often. Very easy to get to Chan Chan by public bus. Fun to watch the surf competitions at the beach.

The breakfast was amazing (you choose from a menu!), the rooms were clean (they made our beds every single day😭), the bathroom was clean and the shower had hot water.

The rooms are very basic, but the downstairs restaurant and staff makes more than up for it! And you still get your own en-suite bathroom including hot-water shower. The location is good, it's close to the beach and the bus to Chan-Achan and Trujillo. If you have the choice to stay in Trujillo or Juanchaco - stay here, in Juanchaco! Much more lively, sunset at the beach and surf lessons if you want to try.

Randy and all the stuff were really nice and helpful!! We did three surf lessons and you can also rent a surf board. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant is cheap and tasty! They clean every day. Hot shower.

The staff was great, Rando if im not mistaking is name help me a lot. He answered every question i had about the buses and how to get to the different spot. Helped me get a taxi and was just great. The breakfast is also very good and for the price you just can't go wrong.

The location is great as it’s a minutes walk from the beach, the beds were comfortable and cleaned each day, and the owner Randy was amazing! I definitely recommend his surf lessons as they’re very personalized and I was able to learn in just an hour or so. Will definitely be coming back!
