i think v ocean palace quite decent affordable, comfortable and good value for money...this was my third stay and couldn't complain more .. this place is my favourite hotel

there is a bit of stain on the clean sheets...but sheet is clean, fresh and n smell nice

I like the architecture and interior design. The equipment functioned properly. The cleaners were nice.

One staff member wasn't nice. She raised her voice at my friend for no reason. They should clean the toilet and the bathroom properly every day.
