Close to Airport

Property not the same as advertised by still ok. My credit card held the reservation but I had to pay cash at the time of arrival. No credit card payment option.

-In terms of location, it’s very near to airport, malls, train and other establishments. -The owner, care taker and lobby receptionist were all accommodating. -Check in/Check out procedures were easy -We liked the bedsize and all of its covers and sheets

-Initially, there was a foul smell when we first entered the unit (like someone had fried/cooked food). -The AC was not cooling enough. -Their fan was damaged, it was working but the head fan could not get steady upright. -Toilet bowl seat was not cleaned well.

"I would not recommend this place"

I like that it was near the airport

The staff are in uncooperative and are out to cheat you of as much money as the can. They charged us an extra 1050 peso to let 2 children stay with us as a guest for overnight. The internet didn’t work and they said the pool was booked out even though no one was using it. Our children had a bad experience and so did we.

"mmm for a family I don’t recommend this place."

the property is okay, although the check in time is not suitable for a family who are tired from a long travel and with a toddler, you can only imagine the tantrums because of tiredness. check in time is 2pm and when you’re earlier than that you have to bear the cost of additional ₱200 an hour.
