Rancho Agua Fria casa

Excelente vista desde el rancho, la piscina bien limpia y con mantenimiento diario, gran amabilidad del anfitrión eso se agradece mucho, buena cercanía hacia la playa, restaurantes y tiendas locales, el rancho de paja...que nivel ya que es bien fresco y ventilado por la brisa marina.

Oportunidad para mejorar limpieza de baño porque tenia muy mal olor de seguro por la alfombra que tenia y cambiar las sabanas en las camas para que estén limpias ya que las que me tocaron no lo estaban. Por lo demás todo excelente.

Great views with garden, pool and ocean view.

Too many cameras which robs guest of privacy. Place cameras in way gives guests privacy in common areas with cameras capturing when someone enters or exits.

The property sits high in a mountain with great views of the ocean and mountains. Spacious main house with full kitchen refrigerator and two bedrooms with a/c. We loved the option of ordering food from a nearby restaurant that will deliver breakfast lunch and dinner with menu provided at the property. The swimming pool was very refreshing and maintained heated at night. There were plenty of hammocks under the large gazebo to enjoy relaxation with an amazing breeze and listening to the waves nearby. Friendly helpful staff.

The entry to the property can be a little challenging, it’s a bit narrow, rocky and steep. It does appear they’re working to improve it. There is no restaurant onsite therefore delivery is your option. The bedrooms are in the smaller range and not too much natural lighting. The property is not beachfront therefore a 10 min walk is expected to the beach.

Perfect location, with exceptional views of the water. Pool and outdoor area were as pictured and of great use. The owners were very communicative and helpful with local recommendations for our surf trip. Photos were an exact match of property.

Kitchen could use more utilities/utensils ‘only 1 sharp knife for cooking’. A larger outdoor table would also be a good addition to the property. Small miscommunication regarding payment for property, it states that debit/credit cards are accepted but actually you need to pay via cash or PayPal.
