Close to town centre. Communication on check in was clear and concise. Be aware pub open to 12.30am so noise on emptying.

Noisy!!! - the room is above a pub. At night an outside speaker plays loudly till closing. Avoid this place if you want a quiet night
Room very small, but genius use of available space, lots of unavoidable traffic noise, stairs up to room were a bit treacherous. Overall, very clean and good value for money.
We had a problem using our phone in the UK and as there is no one on the premises at all we had trouble contacting the owner.
No issues, it’s self check in and the instructions were easy to follow. Room was very small but perfect for what I needed which was just a bed and somewhere to shower in the morning. Clean compact space, looked recently decorated. Not a huge amount of room to get around in, couldn’t get all the way around the bed if the bathroom door was open for example, not a complaint for me at all but think it’s always handy to read about what you’re booking! No wardrobe but there is a clothes rail above a counter, and basic tea/coffee provisions. No parking, there is a 24 hour paid car park next door which was £6.20 for 12 hours.
