Die Osteria contemporanea ist gleich nebenan. Jeden Tag geöffnet . Das Nachtessen war sehr lecker. Für einen Zwischenstop ist dieser Ort perfekt. Irene und Reto

The room was perfect, comfortable bed, nice amenities, free parking on the premises, restaurant nearby.

Out of town away from crowds. Room was beautifully set up and designed. Next door to a fantastic restaurant where we are both nights.

Had to coordinate check in time with the hostess. They were a few minutes late arriving at the property. We got lucky on our arrival time and guessing when it would be. But that did make our travel plans a bit more rigid.

Very clean and tidy. Pleasant ambience and friendly staff. I would recomend this place to anyone that need a place to stay in Modena. Resonable price and big parking place in front yard of the apartment.

Location it’s on a main road so very noisy and isolated so didn’t feel too safe

The interior is stunning - beautifully decorated and modern. One would not expect it from the outside, but it's paradise on the inside. The place is ran by wonderful and welcoming people. And it's a stone's throw from Modena and surrounding sights, with a good breakfast option across the street and a wonderful tratoria a 5 minutes drive away - if you travel by car yourself, the location is perfect.

Street noises flooding in the room 24/7, might be a problem if you're sensitive to this. And the shower drain was slow or clogged, not sure which it was. Resulted in the water spilling out of the shower onto the bathroom floor.
