GBThe sleeper couch was much more comfy than expected on first sight
The space was very small. I understand that Edinburgh is expensive, but I didn't expect to get such a small space for the money paid.
AUIt was very clean, good location for transport into Edinburgh although it is small it is really well set up and had everything we needed. We met Jamal who was very helpful and he let us park in the driveway. It is very quiet area and there are supermarkets close by. We were worried that the fold out bed would not be comfortable but there was a memory foam mattress topper and it was super comfortable. Would definitely recommend
CAAway from the busyness of downtown, but close enough it wasn’t inconvenient to get to and from downtown. It’s very close to a bus stop and the bus system is easy to use!
GBThe shower room was well appointed and the shower good.
Not having a separate bed. No light switch inside the front door. No mains powered bedside light. The poor substitute LED light ran out of battery the first night anyway! No faciiity for washing up other than the shower room washbasin.
GBIt is located in a convenient location to gain access to Edinburgh city via Uber and a place to park your vehicle. It was also quiet to allow a good nights sleep.
GBJust what we needed for our two night stay in Edinburgh, Compact but has everything you need. Tea, Coffee, Milk, sugar, Bottled Water and biscuits all provided. Is around 20 minutes from the Centre on Edinburgh but there is a bus stop within walking distance from the apartment and the buses are regular, cheap and run right through the night. Excellent shower (Shampoo, Conditioner & Shower Gel also provided) Spotless. Lovely Hosts.
Not a big issue or a complaint, but a mirror in the living area would be useful for drying hair etc.

ESTiny, but, brand new, comfortable, extremely quiet neighborhood, excellente shower. Milk, tea, coffe, sugar, salt and pepper, and variety of chocolates. Very good bed. Close to buses to city center

GBThis property has its own entrance door and is an annex to the owners property. The location is on outskirts of Edinburgh but the bus service into town is good and close by- All you need really Fridge/ Kettle/ toaster- nice shower room with a powerful shower- The bed / seat is a good idea, makes more space when sitting then pulls out to be a decent double bed - comfortable with the mattress topper and duvet-we enjoyed our stay and hosts were on hand and very helpful- we recommend 😊
Nothing for us, perfect for our needs and we stayed 3 nights, parking was easy also plus for me with a people carrier needing parking
