The location is super convenient.

The aircond position unable to blowing to my bed although i set it to maximum wind spee and lowest temperature.

It will be more convenient if the hotel able to provide water filter machine with hot and warm water at the hotel. Kindly consider that then it will be perfect.

Even though it is a pet friendly hotel (some hoteliers brought their dogs along) but the overall environment was cozy and throughout the night, all was quiet. No dogs barking whatsoever. Staff was quick to respond to my needs via whatsapp (there was no physical receptionist in this hotel)

Nothing whatsoever to complain about. Everything looks to be good and well maintained.

I like many things about our room, the view was nice. My pet really loves the big window. The window was so big, it brightened up the whole room but luckily the curtain material was really thick and good to block out the light if you want. The room is super clean. Bed was comfyy. Bathroom was really clean and spacious. It is a simple room but it's very complete and all are very functional. You really have to experience it yourself.

There are just two things I think they can improve. It would have been amazing if the tv was a smart tv or at least can connect to OTG. I wanna watch Netflix there🤣 The second thing is I wish the iron facility is available on each floor, it's quite tidious to go down to the first floor.
