Overall one of the worst services. In specific we booked a premium room for 4000 rupees & they gave us a 2000 rupees worth room!.. They literally forced us to pay the full 4,000 even before checking in!.. Had to fight with the management to get the 2000 rupees refund!.. They put fake ad in booking.com saying temple facing & therefore extra money which is not true.. When we checked with the staff about this mismatch, they were rude & behaved worst esp I think the supposed owner of the setup who even attempted to overwhelm us to keep quiet. I bashed him anyways keeping my background & boldness.. The hotel lacks basic food or tea or coffee, restaurant, toiletries, towels, heck even a complementary water bottle!.. The management’s focus is strictly to make money in every possible level.. The provided room is the smallest possible room setup with 1 room that is 10’*8’.. One bathroom that includes wash basin & commode & overall space of 7’*5’!!!.. No space to even let the shower to properly turn your side nor use your hand freely to bath!.. Moreover strictly no hot water even in winter & worst of all cut power supply & therefore no fan in the night!!!.. Car parking that is 1km away & no wallet parking!.. On the whole one of the worst ever experiences in terms of hotel booking, stay, staff behaviour & facilities..
