Les personnes a la réception furent d'une grande gentillesse et très serviables .Ils nous ont bien conseillés. Le personnels qui s'occupaient du petit déjeuner étaient aussi très serviables et souriantes. Le petit déjeuner était parfait. Assez à manger. La chambre était propre . Les draps furent changés tout les jours et serviettes de bains tout les 2-3 jours. L'hotel est très bien placé.

La gentillesse et la volonté d'aider de TOUT le personnel a rendu notre séjour merveilleux, mais on doit surtout un très grand merci à Elena qui a été un exemple de gentillesse et de professionnalisme jusqu'au bout. Elle a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien, est allée au-delà de toutes les attentes. Elle a toujours pris le temps pour nous accueillir chaleureusement et avec humour tout en restant très professionnelle. J'ai moi-même travaillé dans le tourisme, et je sais reconnaître les qualités des employés. Elena fait partie de ceux qui valent de l'or pour tout établissement hôtelier. Je ne me suis jamais sentie aussi bien accueillie. Le petit-déjeuner est aussi un régal, avec des gâteaux faits maison et une vaste sélection de plats pour tous les goûts. La propreté est exemplaire. Tout cela a fait que nous y retournerons séjourner avec très grand plaisir.
