Near to railway line. So bit disturbing. Staff is new so not very professional.

Location is Good

In cold no hot water no full night sound on lobby no sound prufing

while sleeping bed was brocken and back of my wife was heart. they two hours they took to take a decision and finally my daughter and wife has to shift in very small storeroom type accommodation and i have slept on floor. till 12PM next day issue was not resolved, and my daughter was to get ready for her graduation/convocation ceremony. no place to get ready as well as sit and relex.... breakfast was pathetic, staff was pathetic

everthing was below the standard quality

The staff was very friendly, smiling and always eager to help. Whoever manages them should be proud! We really felt welcome and comfortable! The lunch and dinner food are very tasty There is beer 🥰 Rooms and bathrooms were clean The rooftop terrace is amazing, with a nice view over the city and music to relax to. Staff also very attentive. Great value for the money

Very loud since it is literally near the railway, so you will always hear the trains and the room shakes when they cross by We found the staff very friendly and helpful but also very loud especially in the mornings. Running on the stairs, screaming at eachother etc. Breakfast was very poor, like 2 types of food, milk and cereal and toast with butter and jam. Also the food was quite tasteless. So tastier food and good coffe would be a good idea. Another area of improvement would be to ask the tourists beforehand if they really want to be called at 8am to be announced about breakfast every day. They woke us all up 😅 If you want free water, ask for complimentary water. If you ask for just water they charge you for it (?!). Should have been mentioned from the beginning. All in all it is a new hotel and they are willing to learn and improve. I don't think you find this awesome service and room quality elsewhere for the same price.
