Green Lava Mountain View Cabin Bedugul by IHM

We liked the surroundings. Very green, I was worried of mosquitoes since the cabin are not insulated and there are a lot of air openings. But since it gets under 20 degree at night, no mosquitoes.

The noise. Hard to get a full night sleep with dogs at night, roosters in the am and the mosques calling loud at 5am.

Basic but comfortable. Bedding clean and warm. Nice bathroom although floor slope was horizontal so water didn’t drain so easily. Very convenient for local attractions such as the beautiful and not to be missed Botanical Gardens. And the Beratan “floating” temple ( although the food was extremely poor here and should be avoided). We had delicious food at

the small heater provided was quite inadequate to keep the room warm as the design of the building has large air gaps.

Absence d eau chaude dans 1 des 2 logements réservés. Absence de lit bébé ou de lit d appoint malgré réservation. Le bruits engendré par les autres hôtes et l absence de réaction par l étbalissement pour faire diminuer le bruit. Absence de discussion possible avec le responsable qui ne nous a jamais répondu alors que nous avions un guide local pour traduire. Nous sommes donc partis après la 1 ère nuit alors que notre réservation était plus longue. L accès qui prête à confusion avec le glamping plus loin portant le même nom.

Receptionist very friendly and helpful, cottage ambience was so nice and feel relax. Nice place to go after my busy days at work.

We rent a barbecue package for 2 persons, the rate is IDR 80K for couple if im not mistaken, however they charge us 190K, i gave them 200K and i asked to give change the day after, upon my check out, no one give the return. Also the stove that they gave was broken, they back and forth to replace with the new one.

It's located in a beautiful area and close to major attractions. The cabin looks great and the privacy screening is well considered. Breakfast was delicious.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but not very responsive to messages. During strong winds and rain overnight, water leaked through the roof and onto the floor. It was a mild inconvenience, but I'm sure such strong winds are not uncommon in Bedugul.

Location, the house is clean, the nurture is excellent

There was no water in the shower in all hotel, and we waited 3 hours after check in for it. Nobody told about this problem during the check in. It was important for me to take shower, because it was cold and we had a dirty hiking before. There was only apologies and the offer of free breakfast, but our problem was not resolved

Amazing view, very friendly staff, overall great experience.

As the cabin is semi-open, the place can attract a lot of bugs. There were some moments when we could not use the water.
