TopParken - Résidence Lage Vuursche

Wie beschrieben tolle ruhige Lage. Haus war gross für 4 Personen ruhig richtig gut zum abschalten. Die Kinder hatten Spaß. Ausstattung sieht sehr hochwertig und modisch aus. Die Sauna war gut.

Leider gab es MÄNGEL der angegebene whirlpool war da aber leider sprudelte er nicht uns wurde gesgat das ist so. Aber ein whirlpool sollte auch als whirlpool funktionieren. Die Wände im Schlafbereich leider nässend. Und nach der ersten Nacht jucken und kratzen obwohl die Betten frisch bezogen war. Staubmilben Allergie ist halt nervig. Leider versteckte Kosten. Handtücher mussten ekstra gekauft werden für 4 Personen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur wenn man eine Tagesgebühr von 10 Euro anmeldet. Diese meiner Meinung mit inbegriffen sein sollte. Zumal wir buchen mussten weil die ersten Tage 28 Grad waren vor ort. Man zahlt ja auch Reinigungsgebür und wir .Mussten den Müll selber wegbringen. Im Fernsehen gab es nur holländisch und Englisch.

Excellent location, very spacious, fabulous shower, good furniture, comfortable and private. Great terrace and outdoor surroundings.

It is a hassle you have to pay extra for linen and than extra for towels if you come from abroad it is not clear that is separate and towels not available if you arrive late.

Beautiful surroundings, woods and open fields, perfect for cycling and walking. Lovely little town nearby to eat. Accommodation is nice, although there was an interesting smell in the shower area. Heating everywhere, sauna was great with an outdoor shower

No communicatie with staff, reception was not manned, no response to email. Paid 150 for 'borg' which was not immediately reimbursed after leaving the property.

Very nice setting in woodland park area close to Hilversum and Utrecht. Quaint little town. Well designed and furnished homes with well-working jacuzzi system.

Homes are extremely close together and not so well sheltered from the neighbors so expect some close encounters and little privacy - our living room also faced directly onto the main road of the park so anyone passing by would see inside (greenery that has been recently planted still has to grow and provide shelter). Most of the park is currently a construction site - they do say this at the time of booking, but be aware that it means constant construction noise and large machines and workers passing by the house all day. Unfortunately we had booked the wellness package with sauna and jacuzzi (paying a greater sum for these optionals) but were given a jacuzzi-only home (which strangely enough wasn't even an option at the time of booking) - when we brought this up with reception, they told us it was booking.com's fault and basically not their problem, therefore to take it up with booking.com I believe this is extremely unprofessional - no discount or change of room was proposed. Since it definitely isn't the client's fault I feel like this was handled very poorly by the park staff, definitely giving an inexperienced/bad impression. They should satisfy the client and take it up with booking.com themselves later. Overall, considering the negative points mentioned, the price is a bit too steep for the service provided currently.

Very nice location, very nice facilities

When we arrived on Sunday at 17h15 the reception was closed. We couldn't reach anyone over the phone number, by email or over the booking.com platform. We waited for more than an hour and then decided to take a hotel nearby and returned the next day. It is exactly to avoid these kind of quality or service gaps that I use booking.com. So for me a clear blame on both Topparken and booking.com

The site is under construction, but the little houses are nicely decorated with great furniture. The place is great if you like nature, hiking and cycling in the woods.

There are only a few facilities because of the ongoing construction works.
