Villa Bedauh Ubud by Manara

Heerlijke villa! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamer was in werkelijkheid groter dan ik had verwacht van de foto's.

Location was very nice and quaint, very green. The overall experoence was excellent. Service and cleanliness was amazing. The hosts were very honest - and called us when they saw my spouse had left her ring, so very nice of them to do that. Room was very spacious. The bathroom was nice and big with nice and non slippery tiles so very kid friendly. They had an amazing smelling handwash/bodywash - not sure what flavour but was superb. Pool was also nice and clean.

More breakfast variety for vegetarians would have been nice. Approach road is quite narrow with no clear boards mentioning the direction of the Villa.

Stunning property which is very well maintained and left in a spotless condition. The Villa is cleaned daily and the staff made our stay so lovely. There was really good communication throughout our stay, one night the water pressure was down and after texting about the issue, it was fixed straight away. They also provide a laundry service for an extra fee and we found this really helpful during our stay.

Just be aware it’s an outdoor villa with mosquitos and other wildlife around. But this didn’t bother us too much.

It is a beautiful villa, but the facilities weren't up to the scratch.There are so many other options to choose from.

There was no way to pay the EFTPOS transaction other than in cash. I had a two-hour late checkout, and the staff asked for 1 million rupees in cash. My missus said to ask for a receipt, but they gave me a blank one. I figured out where that money was actually going.

Villa Bedauh is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so kind and helpful. We particularly liked the garden/pool area and it was easy to contact staff if we needed anything. The breakfast

Not sure if it's a rainy season thing but the villa felt damp all of the time which gave one of us some breathing problems. We also enjoyed the wild life for the most part and spotted lots of little frogs and geckos in the bathroom area but only book this villa if you're okay with all wildlife! We had an unfortunate encounter with a large rat that left droppings around the room. On our second last night the rat was running free in the room making lots of noise and by a heroic fluke, we ended up trapping it in the wardrobe. We left a day early because of this. All in all, we loved this outdoorsy feeling villa but you are in the jungle so keep that in mind!

Location is not ideal and there is no sign on the road. Also google maps can take you to a wromg turn. The property can easily make a map to assist customers,. Last you cannot pay with card due to a problem in their system, so make sure you have cash.
