Très mauvaise expérience. J’avais une réservation confirmée, mais quelques heures avant mon arrivée, l’établissement m’informe qu’il n’y a finalement aucune disponibilité en raison d’un “problème de paramétrage”. Ce genre d’erreur est inacceptable, surtout lorsque le client compte sur une réservation confirmée. Aucune solution concrète ne m’a été proposée (relogement, alternative, compensation…), ce qui démontre un manque de professionnalisme et de respect envers les clients. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement si vous recherchez une réservation fiable et sans stress. À titre d’information c’est pas cette réservation voir les photos jointes

La vue sur mer, la propreté le petit déjeuner la chambre en elle même tout étais bien.

Seulement des serviettes pour une personne. Pas de serviettes de pied.
