Dirty and cluttered, poor shower pressure, no toiletries like toilet paper, all kitchen appliances, accessories and utensils were filthy had to wash before use, noisy area but tolerable until bars close at 10pm, very poor communication from the host and poor support from booking.com
IEThe location of this property is second to none, just off the Piazza Maggiore so right in the centre of Bologna, on a street lined with great quality restaurants. The bedrooms were perfect, with plenty wardrobe space and comfortable beds. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, the shower was very good and having a washing machine was a great help. The living room was comfortable, we could got our Netflix on the TV if we wanted it. The kitchen, though small, had everything we needed for light breakfasts. Most importantly, the air conditioning was in each room (except the kitchen) and worked exceptionally well, especially as temperatures outside reached well over 30 degrees during our visit. Overall, this was a lovely apartment in a great location.
As I said, the kitchen is a little small, that was all really.
