The owner of the house Ivan is so helpful person with excellent communication. Everything was clean and comfortable.Great location. Highly recommended.

La ubicación es estupenda, un sitio tranquilo y a poca distancia andando del centro. Un alojamiento acorde al precio, habitación sencilla, y baño compartido. Todo muy básico.

Location is close to bus station just 10 mins walk. And city centre is 5 mins walk. Host family lives in the same house and they were super kind and helpful. Rooms have 2 single beds, a small sofa type chair, electric kettle, cups and coffee/sugar. There is also a common room with a dining table and a fridge. Good communication.

None of the rooms had AC, though it was stated on the listing. Only fan and portable water cooler. There was only one full bathroom to be shared in total of 4 rooms so around 8 people max. While shared bathroom is OK for the price, you will have to wait quite long to use it. The water pressure was really weak. It took 10 mins for the flush tank to be filled up so had to wait long to clean up after doing the business. Also as others have noted, the ceiling in bathroom is a slanted roof and it's really difficult to stand up and shower. The wash basin also has an auto shut off type tap barely lasts for 3 seconds max.
