Room service, the service is good and very professional The staff are friendly

In the restaurant the service is abit slow

The family suite has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is connected to a cozy living room. I also liked that the family suite had two separate entrances. The master bedroom had its own entrance if needed. The living room is equipped with a small fridge, a TV and two cozy sofas.

No real welcome culture. The pool is quite nice but has no sun loungers and there are no towels for the pool. The breakfast is very modest, the coffee is either cold or undrinkable. It is more like tea than coffee. Unfortunately there is also no fresh juice for breakfast or in the restaurant. The fact that the family suite is right on the side of the restaurant and a live band played until midnight was also very unpleasant.

Very nice rooms and beds

Breakfast service team need to up their game. The need to replenish servings (eg tea, fruits, juice) even before customers request.
