Friendly staff. Comfy big bed

Rooms need a refurb. Only 2 sockets in room, nowhere near bed for phone or mirror for hair straighteners. Felt isolated in unattached bedroom block.

hot shwer - nice towels - free wifi

poor action from reception staff old fashioned furniture in rooms. BED WAS AWFUL - I DID NOT SLEEP ALL NIGHT - COULD FEEL THE SPRINGS IN THE MATTRASS - TRIED TO SLEEP ON TOP OF BED. People book accommodation to get a place to SLEEP - this is the MAIN PURPOSE of a property - if your clients can't sleep all else is for nothing - CHANGE MATTRASSES OR GET SOME MATTRASS TOPPERS -
