"Good location, modern decor and overall a nice stay"

Decor was very nice and modern. It wasn’t too far to walk to the beach. It was spacious and mostly very clean except the odd thing here and there. Coffee and sugar was appreciated on arrival.

The upstairs ensuite wasn’t clean. There was beard trimmings in the toothbrush holder and the previous guests shampoo and conditioner were left in the shower with long dark hairs attached. The mattresses were soft and the pillows flat.

Ben,was brilliant,let us check out late due not getting to accommodation late on Friday. Beautiful accommodation,lovely bedding and towels and plenty of wine glasses! Very comfortable for 5 ladies... Not one complaint!

"Cosy home with great facilities and a thoroughly enjoyable stay."

Spacious living area, bedroom with ensuite and two extra double rooms and family bathroom & downstairs toilet & a parking place. Visiting family close by, so a convenient location with park across the road & lovely to have a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the living room for our stay.

A couple of things we thought of that might be added to enhance the accommodation, namely plug in landing night light or sensor light, shower/bath anti slip mats, soft close toilet seats, a tray for the kitchen and some coasters, and finally a shelf in the en-suite to place toiletries. These are of course our suggestions, but their absence did not detract from a great stay.

"Immaculate and well looked after house"

Immaculately presented house. Absolutely spotless. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Nice little welcome pack on arrival of bread, milk, butter snacks and tea/coffee. Made a lovely little base for our weekend away. 10-15 minute walk to the seafront. Would happily visit again
