BGCompact small apartment suitable for a short stay, close to the central part of Catania. The furniture is new, there is a microwave oven, a water jug and a stove, there is no coffee machine
The apartment is on the first floor in a courtyard of an old building, the neighborhood is quite dirty and not suitable for walking especially in the evening

GBThe apartment is quiet despite its central location. Sparkling clean and comfortable. Andrea helped us with everything we needed(plus early check in &late check out). In addition, the apartment is incredibly nice and contains everything we needed. I highly recommend for a stay in Catania, fantastic place!

ROAndrea's place is just recently renovated which translates into new furniture, appliances, tiles, you name it. Everything is new and it smells new. The place is managed by Andrea himself and is spotless clean. I promise you, its sparkles. It's Andrea's standard to keep it this way and I'm sure it's going to be as clean all the time. New bed sheets, pillows, towels are new too and smell 100% freshly cleaned and the fabric softner fills the air in the bedroom. Andrea was very kind and allowed us to check in 1.30 earlier which means alot for us, we were never accomodated earlier in Sicily and allowed us to check out 1 hour later which is something not too popular either. Really appreciate it. He was very helpful in solving the internet connection so we could enjoy it. We were welcomed in the second accomodation, almost identical to the one in thr photos, but better in my opinion as the bedroom had a big door to let light in instead of a small window and a small balcony to use if needed.
There is nothing not to like here to be honest. Perhaps a coffee machine would be nice to have, but not necessarily because going to the local bar at 8AM (2 mins away) is a really nice experience as well
ROIt was absolutely pleasant stay at the apartment: clean and cosy with all necessary facilities. It was quiet nights and great location. I definitely would get back there again. Thanks for hospitality!
