Southsea Historic Gem - Elegant Apartments

The flat is very well located in Southsea, close to the seafront but also to bus stops. Supermarket is 500m away, same for bars and restaurants. You also have everything needed to Cook in the kitchen

The flat is located in the basement of the building. It is thus VERY moist and humid, with this caracteristic smell. Be careful as well as the pictures displayed on Booking are from different flats, thus it can be confusing. Finally, the communication with the owner was very bad. I sent several messages on Booking without any answer.

Perfect location for seafront and local amenities. Clean, well presented, everything provided that is needed, comfortable, good communication from the host.

Great location, very clean and comfortable

The location ,the fluffy carpets,beds were comfy,the kitchen was waw,

Little things,the shower needed a good clean especially around the tray,mugs and cutlery were dirty and stained

Location excellent for the seafront. Apartment was very clean and roomy

Parking was ok but sometimes had to search for a space in the adjoins roads.

Generous hosts had equipped it well even providing a heater which we appreciated.

The bedroom was too small, dangerous wardrobe doors, access to bed difficult. Bed and sofa too soft.

The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and great location. Bathroom has shower & bath which was great with kids, kitchen is well equipped.

Tap in kitchen is dripping Could add nest of tables / coffee table to living room.

Good location, good communication with host, very clean, everything you needed plus extra.
