"Huge waste of money"

Not much.

The house is dark, dated, not clean and has a weird smell to it. Has Old and bleached stained towels. Extremely dirty rug in the living room that even my dog refused to sit on it. The smoke alarms are broken and not working. It Looked like a frat house. Also the neighborhood is super sketchy and shady. We had to leave one night earlier because the overall experience was not pleasant at all.
