Jostein’s accomodation fully exceeded our expectations. We instantly felt at home the moment we entered - everything was very well thought out, super clean and cosy. The location was great too! Despite not being in a remote area we managed to see the northern lights from the backyard on two nights we were there! Thank you Jostein for an amazing stay and for being a great host!

Modern and stylish apartment with two bedrooms, with a large living area and a very well equipped kitchen with all basics. Bedrooms have both double beds. Nice bathroom with washer and dryer. Parking of multiple cars is possible. Though the town is quite small, there is a supermarket and a restaurant within walking distance (20-30min).

The ventilation system was a bit noisy in the living room. The temperature was set a bit high in the beginning and the air was quite dry.

The place is spacious, cozy, with all necessary amenities and beautiful view from the windows. Super clean and with a lot of attention to details. The neighbourhood is very quiet and there is a balcony from which you can enjoy landscape in private.

Outstanding property that delivered above expectations. Picture Windows framed harbour view wonderfully. Rooms and facilities first class. Owners left great info on walks and restaurants which was appreciated. Would have loved to stayed longer.

Brand new, tastefully designed apartment with well equipped kitchen, an outside terrace right along the waterside, and a really nice view on the bay of Ballstad harbour. With Ballstad being quite centrally located halfway the Lofoten archipel, the location is perfect for a longer stay in the Lofoten region. We were there for a week and would have liked to stay longer. If we would go back to the Lofoten, we would not hesitate a second to stay here again.

Nothing really. We had a minor problem with an alarm that suddenly went off in the boiler room, yet Jostein, the host, came over as quickly as he could to solve the issue.
