Stunning location - well placed for great walks. Fantastic accommodation, super hi-tech, everything you need for a short or long stay. Very comfortable and clean, very friendly reception staff. Great restaurant next door (Cupola) - can recommend breakfast! Would stay again 😊

It’s a well equipped, quiet apartment in a very nice complex, a short drive from local attractions.

We were definitely not fans of the automation. Consider this: we are international travellers. We’ve driven a long way in an unfamiliar (hire) car on unfamiliar roads to get there. We’re tired. All we want to do is relax and have a pre-dinner drink on our arrival. Not spend 20 minutes trying to work out the apartment automation. Could we have had a relax and a drink and mastered the automation later? No! Because of the musak being piped into the apartment, which was (in our personal view) simply terrible. (Putting it kindly). The fact that there are 3 pages of description on how to use the lighting/curtain/musak controls should be a give away - it’s not that simple! Why anyone needs a choice of pink, orange, red or yellow apartment lighting was beyond us. As was how it’s possible to turn the lights in the bathroom off altogether (from the kitchen control panel), so your partner is left showering in the pitch black darkness!). The blood-red lighting under the bed that we couldn’t turn off was also not a pleasant experience! We went to bed with towels on our faces to block it out. Such a shame, as otherwise the apartment is pretty good…

Location is perfect for exploring the Peaks, good choice of eating places close by, apartments of very high standard , very clean and tidy. and very well equiped for cooking etc. Helpful lady on the front desk.

High tech lighting system was very confusing and frustrating but host was very helpful in trying to understand the tech. Black mould marks on the shower grout is one of my pet hates and absolutely avoidable with modern cleaning products.

Perfectly located for exploring the Peak District, with ample secure parking. The flat is modern, spotless, and has everything you could need. The balcony is a lovely bonus, overlooking rocks and trees. The area is so peaceful we had a great night’s sleep. The host is friendly, helpful, and very communicative. Highly recommend this stay!

Very clean and modern apartment which was presented very well indeed.

On the first night we struggled with the automated lighting system installed and had to contact the owner for help. He came back quickly and explained what we were doing wrong to put the lighting into sleep mode. Apart from this everything else was perfect.
