Decent room upstairs

Moldy room on ground floor. Requested and they moved us upstairs.

Expectation vs reality. Its cheap but the pic differs in person.

There's nothing we liked about the property

We got scammed, the pictures they posted is different from personal. After we saw the place, we moved out before it felt like we are not safe.

You can cook.

No water whenever you need it! Can't take shit or shower whenever you want!

The place is in the heart of cebu.

No one will accommodate you when you have concerns. You cant easily contact the owner.

I like that its close to the center.

This room is such a disaster, the bunk beds seems like its gonna break and cannot hold a person, the beds in bunk bed is as hard as the floor. We put the hard matress on the floor and slept there instead. If you try ti climb up the bunk bed it seems that it will break. If you are family I dont recommend this place. At the end of our stay the toilet started leaking and we call the staff because it leaks so fast to the point were it slightly overflow our room and we have to leave early.

No breakfast provided. Location is not ideal. Poor management

The place is not ideal if youre planning for a holiday. Room not prepared

The staff were really nice and hospitable.

We don’t have access on the main gate. I mean, the owner wouldn’t give us the code to have free access on the main gate due to security purposes which is understandable. However, the gate is not attended all the time. There was one time, we had to wait for 20 minutes until somebody let is in. Imagine the trouble waiting there with our two kids. Also, the toilet was dirty. We had to clean the toilet seat ourselves. You’ll also be forced to wake up early because the curtains are too thin that lets the sunlight through.

The young couple that run the inn are delightful and accommodating.

The inn has a common area that may get loud during the day.
