Het is op elk moment van de dag best benauwd in huis, 's nachts maakt dit comfortabel slapen moeilijk. Ramen gaan naar Engelse standaard ook maar gedeeltelijk open, wat niet voor voldoende koeling zorgt. Bovendien ligt de woning aan een drukke doorgangsweg, waardoor slapen met open ramen niet mogelijk is.
