Management won't admit if things are wrong and won't go out of their way on anything. The shower drainage was all but blocked and we kept hearing back that "nobody has complained before" or that "it was cleaned". Even after the cleaners came it was still not cleaned, or checked to make sure that it was. The cleaners had to come back and, sure enough, admit this was left blocked for weeks. It would have all been a lot better if a) they would at least entertain the possibility that the customer is right (forget about always right) to complain and b) they provided a refund for the services they did not offer (not a voucher that can be used a year from now under various conditions..). Book at your own risk and get what you pay for.

Very central location, clean and modern

Great location, very nicely decorated and extremely clean. We accidentally locked ourselves out and the lady was very nice and responded really quickly and came to let us in.

The mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and we had limited bedding so we got quite cold as it was April time so still chilly in the evening. The most comfortable bed was the sofa bed. It was such a shame as the apartment itself is lovely and the location fabulous.
