"Excellent apartment in the centre of Funchal"

This is a huge one bedroomed apartment on the 5th floor of a building at the top of a hill. The view from the balcony is amazing. It was very clean and well equipped. There were little touches like the supply of condiments. The bathroom has been refurbished recently with an excellent shower. It is only a few minutes walk to the mercado, but a few more back.
Mosyly, all good. The bedding was a little mismatched, probably a mix of IKEA and Portuguese sizing. For example, the duvet cover was at least 10cm wider than the duvet. The pillows need replacing. It could do with more sockets in the living room and bedroom.
