Nice single bedroom near QMC

Poor communication check in was not smooth owner claimed they had send me a message with check in instructions which clearly he didn’t.

A very dirty house with dust and fluff almost everywhere. The door to the room I had been allocated was broken and was very difficult to open from inside once closed. The bathroom was full of mould the floor was filthy and there was a streak of what looked like blood next to the toilet. Bedding was way below standard very creased and the duvet very thin for this cold season. My booking was for 4 nights but I checked out as soon as I secured a better place to stay which was about 20 minutes from the time I checked in. I knew I was not paying for a five star hotel but basic cleanliness lacks at this place.

Location was excellent. Close to bus and tram links. Directions provided made it easy to find. Bed was very comfortable. Room was always warm enough despite very cold weather.

Bathroom is much too small. Toilet has barely 10cm of leg room. Black mould in the shower. Bedside lamp had no way to turn on/off from the bed, defeating the entire purpose.

Everything was so dirty. Not even a proper handwash. There were hairs on the bed and on the kettle. Wifi would disconnect all the time so literally no internet. Mould in the shower. It was very bad and scary.

It was a student house with someone renting out an empty room. Very empty, blinds broken, uncomfortable, cold.

Not for the faint hearted, had to enter through someone else's bedroom as the instructions was not clear about how to get in (later discovered it was through the back) and sketchy characters about

Nothing it was awful

Everything the bed was uncomfortable The keys were hard to turn to get in and out There was a constant buzzing noise from living room which made it impossible to sleep and the bathroom was very narrow. Would never come here again. I’ve messaged to complain to the person dealing with the property and customer service no response and I also left after 2 nights and stayed somewhere else it was that bad.
