La atención es excelente. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente a cada momento. El lugar está en una zona un poco alejada del bullicio de la ciudad y eso trae tranquilidad.

Se que no depende del anfitrión, pero la entrada a la zona está un poco difícil x las condiciones de la carretera

La struttura è suggestiva e racconta una storia e una filosofia di vita. È bello trovarsi davanti al mare immersi nella natura. I ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono disponibili e gentili, ma non sempre reperibili.

Per il prezzo i servizi non sono all'altezza. La corrente (e conseguentemente internet, e anche l'acqua spesso) vanno via di frequente, e considerando che per raggiungere il posto ci sono 20 minuti di strada veramente dissestata bisogna assicurare alcune cose essenziali. Anche la cucina non è delle migliori. Considerando che non c'è possibilità di spostarsi con facilità bisognerebbe curare di più questi aspetti, e offrire maggiori servizi di intrattenimento agli ospiti, anche in caso di tempo non ottimale per la spiaggia. A dispetto dell'immagine, la sensazione è un po' di decadenza. Soprattutto, bisognerebbe richiedere di asfaltare la strada fino a Mahahual.

Totally off the beaten path. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable if just a bit hard. The gal who was cooking and tending bar was absolutely delightful. The common areas were comfortable and right on the oceans edge. Rarely do you find lodging this close to the ocean. The shared kitchen was recently stocked with 2 fridges and we'll positioned storage shelves.

Casa Pronia was just a bit a bit further from town than expected. Being so close to the ocean and the tops of the palm trees made for a noisy sleep in the main building. Food could do with a bit of an upgrade. Although I was sorry not to try breakfast we did order pizzas which were a bit dry and tough. The empenadas were tasty when eaten hot and I had the cream spaghetti, which was quite good. But it's got to be difficult to have a decent menu when you can't shop fresh easily.

La playa estaba un poco sucia pero no es problema del hotel, lamentablemente el mar arroja todo en esa zona

El servicio fue muy malo, el bar no había quien esté pendiente de las necesidades básicas de una estancia ,el chico que nos atendió siempre mala actitud como molesto por dar el servicio. Desde la recepción hasta el check out =\ (( por muy lindo que sea el lugar no nos quedaron ganas de volver )).

El lugar increíble, pegado al mar, súper cómodo, la cocina a disposición completa, la sala con todo lo que se busca, Impecable. Muy a gusto. Gracias

No es culpa del hotel, la ruta de llegada está determinada, el mar sucio de sargazos y mucha basura plástica en las playas aledañas, el personal del hotel limpian a cada rato.

We had an ocean front room. The bed was comfortable, the room itself was fine , with a large bed, a big couch and a fridge.

The bathroom was not workable. There was no shower head in the bathroom and no water came out of the shower when turned on. Very hard to be a girl on her period in this place so we left after 1 night even though we booked for 3 nights. I get this is a hostel and the rooms weren’t expensive however, if you are a property you must declare that your shower doesn’t work and isn’t operational. The internet also didn’t work properly and we couldn’t log on anywhere. This also needs to be disclosed. You cannot advertise you have things you do not have. We got here during bad weather and this place is so remote with nothing going on if it’s stormy so you need internet at the very least. We didn’t ask for a refund because we didn’t want to deal with the hassle. Hopefully the property can buy a showerhead and fix the shower with the money we didn’t recoup. Also this is not the fault of the property but the sargassum seaweed was in full force and it smelt so bad. We went for a walk on the beach and it was honestly so so sad, there was so much rubbish I wanted to cry. We couldn’t stay here because it was so incredibly sad. The area needs to galvanise and clean up the rubbish. Coming to this property was a big lesson that more isolated doesn’t mean nicer nature in Mexico. The seaweed and the rubbish issue is huge in this entire area and I would give it a wide berth if you just want a nice Mexican holiday. I feel bad for the hosts who are very nice, but at the very least clean the rubbish and seaweed on your own property every day .
