INNothing as such will make me go again to this property.
First of all.. they don't have a card machine to make payment so either you pay cash or UPI... This is not acceptable at all. Secondly they don't have choices in breakfast just poha and alloo puri. It is an average property so you can book if you are going on budget and should not be paying thefty amt.

The food was costly
BEThe view from the mountain room and the location were the only two things nice.
1. Dirty bedsheets and blanket covers, greasy towels, and clearly uncleaned room. A clean and hygienic hotel room is a basic necessity. Especially at the cost expected by this hotel. The staff tried to move us to another room but there too upon lifting the blankets we found hair, food crumbs etc. Eventually we just asked for new sheets and blanket covers, put it on the bed together with the staff. 2. Breakfast between 8:30-10 AM. Seriously? For a hotel in a tourist destination where people often need to leave early? The staff was willing to give us breakfast at 8 but that would still have been late for us. Breakfast in my opinion at tourist destinations should atleast start at 7-7:30 AM, that is if they actually want their guests to enjoy the meal they paid for. 3. Wifi not working. The staff said wifi was under repair. Which is not true. They were giving the password to others in front of us. The wifi worked well in the corridor but most likely due to reduced range it was not accessible in our room. An honest response would have been appreciated more.

INLocation was good
They could've just told us the time of breakfast and the place of the buffet. Also the wifi wasn't connecting
