What we liked most was the welcome and the friendliness, and that everything was nice and clean upon arrival and well organized, and if there was anything, our landlord was immediately there for us within 5 minutes.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Als Einrichtung für Menschen mit Behinderung sind wir auf eine gut geeignete und komfortable Unterkunft angewiesen. Dieses Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot ausreichend Platz für unsere Gruppe. Besonders gefallen hat uns die angenehme Atmosphäre sowie die praktische und durchdachte Einrichtung. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die hervorragende Lage: Das Meer ist in nur etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man schnell den Strand genießen kann. Auch ein Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und unkompliziert macht. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war das Apartment nahezu perfekt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt – wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Some pictures arent from the villa. Its supposed to have terrace/balcony, jacuzzy (it had none), it also said theres a place to grill (also nonexistent). The pool was not ready, it was dirty when we came. The pool guy said it will be ready next morning. It wasnt clean whole weekend. There are two kitchens (only one of them worked). The furniture is cheap and poorly built. Bathroom locks not working, some doors didnt even close. There were no brooms or anything to even sweep during stay. Low ceiling to go to top floor you hit your head if you arent a small person. The whole place is poorly built or needs fixing/renovation. Electric cables out of the walls. The whole place had smell the first day as if they were freshly painting the walls a day or two before.

Good location near the beach.
