Location was great Pool facilities were great for the kids

The caretaker and lady at the pools on Sunday, very unapproachable. The facilities are very unclean, people would leave a mess leave the grounds and the areas were left to the flys. Showers paid for hot water got dribbles of warm water. Uni sex shared bathroom not good with little kids Appeared to also be emergency accommodation 3 of the 4 nights, people partied past the time, arguments between couples and kids just left to their own devices thru the early hours of the morning. Cabin very very hot. Cabin doors don’t lock with key.

Hot thermal pool was perfect way to relax and enjoy your moment of holiday,everything was good except the shower that we didnt realized that there was a shower needed to pay to use hot water but instead we just use the shower that is cold and that was night time we dont have anyone to ask how to get hot shower to use. So damn cold. But the price was just awesome cheap.

The cabin was clean the people were really nice, loved the pool., the grounds were nice and tidy. I'll come back again. Oh and the lady she was lovely. Thank you for being kind.

The maintenance man, he was rude. Other than that he kept the grounds nice and tidy for the clients that came to stay.
