Finding the property was a hassle, post code takes you to 704 Southmead Road , only by gradually driving past three times did i eventually find the accommodation . WiFi not working, and the TV not constant, suggest that bandwidth is an issue

Clean, compact and convenient room, with good facilities. The team was very proactive with keeping us informed.

Sink was very small, so filling the kettle was a challenge. It would be useful to have parking information in welcome message.

Parking is tight for larger cars. Kitchen is very compact with no dishwasher and a small sink.

Very luxurious hotel like accomodation, with the benefit of a kitchen and all essentials provided. It looks like it had been newly renovated and was spotlessly clean. I needed to visit someone at the hospital and it was convenient. It was much nicer than the hotel options nearby, which I've stayed in before, but for the same price. Exceptional communication and help from the management company.
