Every thing ok. Most of the Property is not synchronized with Exit online Invoice for stays . Most of the properties which I have availed "HARD COPY" invoice/Bill But Payments through G-Pays or IFSC transactions. Second thing if customer using "filter" no payments or no use of credit card and FREE cancelation. Few property asks confirmation prior to the cancellation Time limit. My Question is what the meaning of these three "FILTERS" NOW Question comes Authenticity or customer's arrivals or check it . It better share the A/C details and mention the percentage of TOKEN ADVANCE at the time of """BOOKING""" I THINK THERE SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY CONFUSION BETWEEN CUSTOMER / TRAVELLER AND PROPERTY OWNER . If customer fails to check in or cancel his / her trip He or She should have to pay or non refundable. Recent trip I canceled my Chennai trip ( one night ) , It's my fault / my self cancelled the trip beyond free cancellation time. I am ready to pay penalty. If you ( Booking.com) has system for payment of Chennai property ( one night ) , I am ready to pay . Kindly share the details . INbreakfast was on other restaurant where the family members were uncomfortable
there was no cattle for hot water for preparing tea there was no shaving and dental kit in hotel
INI came with my family of 3 including an infant. I was very enthusiastic to visit the location with my first experience to Kanyakumari. But unfortunate as it is, as soon as i reached the property, the property manager informed me that he has sold the property to else someone. This was devastating, since during a long weekend, it is really difficult to find an alternate accommodation that too with an infant in hand.
ININThe hotel is at a good location and you can take advantage of the sea view room to watch sunrise directly from your room. Rooms are just fine.
Room cleanliness could have been better. The curtains and pillows were stained, torn.
INRoom was good. But the pillows were very hard to keep your head.
