Cute apartment, good location. It was nice to have a mini kitchen bathroom. Felt safe.

The towel and the under sheet of the bed were clean, but the pillows, comforter and shower mat were a bit grim. Fortunately I have friends locally who lent me bed linen and a pillow. Picking up keys was a little complicated.

A very cosy and comfortable apartment with great activities and facilities in the lobby. Comes with a small kitchenette in the room and a fridge.

The parking for the property is close by but isn’t within the property grounds itself, only a 5/10 minute walk but be sure to drop your bags at the property first before parking.

Unclean and felt unsafe

The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. In-room instructions would improve it slightly as it took a while to work out how to turn the lights off. Nice view out of the window and the place was very quiet.

Be aware they charge a £30 damage waiver on top of the accommodation price. Couldn’t turn the lights off at first, and the car park is off site and difficult to find from the instructions.

Not a great deal to like about the property

Lots of things! In summary, the owner not being available on mobile when we arrived with the call going to voicemail, the parking which is too far away from the property and very unclear details on how to find the parking, holes in bedding which was worn out and contained debris and smelt, poor worn out and dirty mattress, property was not clean and very dusty, broken key card which did not work (luckily we just caught the receptionist before he clocked off so he was able to replace this otherwise we would not have been able to enter the property). Finally, the price of the property was ridiculous for the standard.

Gym and Cinema room are available only to residents. The materass is extremely soft and unconfortable, the bed is just a flat piece of hard wood. My back was gone after few days. THe heating system works only for 2 hours and you need to wake up during the night to restart it. The bed is placed streight under the window with a lot of wind coming in during your sleep.

Location, cleanliness, and adequate supply of tea making materials.

The address supplied by Booking.com was confusing, it gave the studio number and the street, making it sound like a house number. I spent some frustrating time trying to find the building. I was surprised to be in student digs. The mattress wasn't great and the window was unreachable as the bed was up against which meant that my partner had to climb over me to get into bed.
