Villa was really nice and comfortable great coffee and breakfast

Nothing everything was great

The staff was very kind and respectful. They helped us whenever we needed something. The villa was clean. The breakfast was always on time and always the same quality. The communication with the staff was very good. The location was amazing: beautiful view over the rice fields and we felt a great sense of privacy. It was also very well located, between Ubud center and the jungle (5 min by scooter). To sum it all up, would recommend to everyone 100%!!

My husband would have liked the pool to be a bit warmer. And what I noticed is that during the end of our stay the sewer pipes were starting to smell a bit. But it was completely tolerable!

The place and the villa

Breakfast not good enough, lack of fruit and juice options, sometimes the food wasn't warm, they forgot to bring everything that you order. The cleaning routine wasn't good, they didn't come to put the bed in order and the towels. The staff it always seems to want to help you but in fact they don't give you much of a solution to your requests.

Nice property and good sized villas with private pool. Made to order breakfast delivered to villa each morning was very good. Negatives are the location which is pretty far ride into Ubud and the room is very bright in morning due to no shades on the very large windows in primary bedroom. Only an issue if you want to sleep in a bit.
