Staff was very friendly!! I like the updates that they have done so far.

TV wouldn't work, coffee machine was gross and tile board in shower was coming up.

The toilets leaked in our room bathroom to where we were getting toilet water on our feet every time we used it. We had to make a mountain of towels in front of it to keep our feet dry. The shower heads pointed directly to the wall without adjustment so it made it difficult to shower. We had another couple staying with us as well and stated their toilet did the same to them in their room.

Very clean rooms lighting good fire pit going at night was nice the owners were nice enjoyed

The convivence of check in was awesome and very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints for the property just not enough time to enjoy to sit around the fire or anything else that was offered.

There just not enough time in my day to be able to enjoy the firepit as work consumed most of my time .

Location was OK. Staff was fine. coffee appreciated.

Floor made feet black, Sulphur water was hard to take. Shower did not work. Need reading light by bed, no place to put luggage except sacrificing the desk space (I slept with my suitcase at the foot of my bed.)

They allowed us to have another room after ours was backed up and there was standing feces water in the shower after my girlfriend used the toilet and wouldn't flush. We had to use a plunger that was given to us. That was fun. And embarrassing.

The futon felt like a blanket on railroad tracks. The.deluxe room is nothing like the image what we thought we were getting. The shower had no pressure and leaked out water barely. It was difficult but got warm. My daughter decided not to shower because no. I'm sure they are working on the issues and plan on fixing the gateway motel. Which is the sign still. And difficult to find.
